About Our Technology and Business
There is a great deal of bench top and lab scale testing reports of NTP on various
VOC’s, all showing differing results. Part of this is because the NTP field differs,
among researchers, in dimensions, materials, electrical excitation, flow rates, air
temperature, humidity, concentrations and other variables. All show promising
destruction efficiencies however for NTP fields.
It seems that a common denominator for VOC destruction is the ionization energy
needed to disrupt the ionic and/or covalent bonds of compounds. This must be
overcome to oxidize the compounds, and NTP is able to exceed the necessary
threshold.
The AirPaser's patent pending system has solved the issues with increasing this
technology to industrial scale and it has the flexibility of power density for many
applications.
About Us
VOC& Odorous Air Emission Treatment using Non Thermal Plasma
|
For odor control, many full scale systems
are now installed and working reliably and
effectively. This means that full scale
design for many industrial organic odor
applications like compost, sewage
treatment, animal waste rendering, meat
packaging, pet and animal food
applications can be easily configured.
For new VOC applications, we are
interested in working with customers by
designing and installing a pilot sized
system that can handle approximately 100
to 500 cfm and evaluating the
performance for a number of weeks. Once
this is done and the results justify a full
scale system, we can be sure that the
desired results of efficiency and economy
will be met.
We look forward to helping you with your
particular application.
