Air Phaser Environmental

There are two major areas of VOC emissions where Air Phaser is applicable, hence we have created two types of site demonstration systems to match those applications.

The first system is designed for high concentration VOC's (but the VOC's must be well below the lower explosive limit LEL) typically resulting from painting and other solvent type VOC emissions. It is about 4 ft long, 3 ft high, 2 ft wide, uses 120 volts and treats about 20 cfm. We can bring this to a clients site for actual demonstration on any given process and the operations can be either analyzed on site or sampled and sent for analysis.

The other system is designed for more dilute VOC concentrations and larger air volumes that are typical in odorous air treatment applications. This larger unit designed to handle from 200 up to 750 cfm. This system is about the size of a refrigerator and it uses 240 volts and connects to the process to be tested with a 4 inch pipe.

The idea with both these systems is to demonstrate right on site at a customers particular process a number of parameters. On new applications this pilot testing will show what configuration in terms of air flow, power needed per unit volume and what Air Phaser configuration is best for that particular application. From this test, it is then possible to prepare an accurate quotation for the full scale Air Phaser System.
